Acupuncture and Fertility, Series Introduction

The treatment of infertility with Chinese medicine has been a hot topic lately. It’s used to support and complement the western approach to infertility, ART (Assisted Reproductive Therapy) — think IVF and IUI — to minimize side effects and support the procedures. It’s also used as an alternative to western approaches. 

However, both medical systems agree on the causes of infertility, which includes blockage of the fallopian tubes, failure to ovulate or inadequate sperm. The upcoming blog series will shed light on synergistic and alternative approaches to taking charge of your fertility.
